The FSU Sports Medicine Alumni dinner was a great time! FSU classmates and colleagues reconnected at the National Athletic Trainers’ Association Annual Convention held in New Orleans.

FSU Softball, Eunice, and Dr. Thompson are NATIONAL CHAMPIONS!! The program earned its first National Championship at the Women’s College World Series in Oklahoma City. Congratulations on a historic season!


2nd Annual Diversity in Sports Medicine: An Interactive Workshop

It’s back! Join us for our 2nd Annual Diversity in Sports Medicine Workshop on July 13, 2018. This event is open to rising high school seniors and undergraduate and/or community college students who are interested in pursuing a career in sports medicine. This unique workshop offers hands on medical instruction, facility tours, networking with diverse medical professionals, academic resources for medical/health-related academic programs, and more. 2017-2018 Doc Fauls Award Recipients

The Doc Fauls Award was presented at the Golden Nole Banquet held on April 3, 2018. This annual award is given to two student athletes who have overcome significant adversity during their athletic careers at FSU. This year’s recipients were Austin Droogsma of track and field and Morgan Klaeveman of softball.
